Welcome to BOOZLE! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, available on iOS and Android platforms. By accessing or using BOOZLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement based on your location.

2. User Accounts

To access the full functionality of BOOZLE, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Permitted Use

BOOZLE provides cocktail suggestions based on user preferences. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• Browse our curated cocktail database
• Log drinks as “liked” or “tried”
• Customize your personal preferences

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the app or its database
• Attempt to upload, post, or share any content (user submissions are not supported)

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect certain personal information to provide and improve the app experience. This may include:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Authentication credentials (depending on method used)
• App preferences such as liked/tried drinks

We use Firebase for backend services, FlutterFlow for development, and Google AdMob for advertising. A full Privacy Policy will be made available separately.

5. Third-Party Services

BOOZLE uses services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

• Firebase
• FlutterFlow
• Google AdMob

These services may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of these third parties.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the cocktail suggestions will be accurate, suitable, or legally permissible for you to follow in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOOZLE and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

This app is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, health, or legal advice. Please drink responsibly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in-app or through other means. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
